| June was a banner month of success for the Ouimette kids. Jeffery received a Molly Brown Orchestra Award, A Math Olympiads certificate, High score in the Continental Mathmatics League and the First Place New York Math League Award. He also worked diligently for a straight A report card (Yes, even writing!). This summer Jeffery will finish swim lessons and enjoy Lego Robotics, piano lessons, Vacation Bible School, lots of reading, library events, and a week of Camp Nazareth in the Adirondacks. Bethan also received an excellent report card and is enjoying swim lessons at the Academy. Bethan just finished reading the first Harry Potter book all by herself. She is hoping to attend the Granger Homestead History Camp, along with piano lessons, Vacation Bible School, and several library events. Thomas has missed his Bible School and is talking up a storm at home and away from home now. Thomas seems to enjoy having his big brother and sister home most of the time. We look forward to all 12 of the Bender Grandkids being together in August and hope to make a visit to the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome sometime this summer. Our calendar has lots on it but we're always happy to have you stop by for a quick visit or extended stay! |
