| One of Laura's favorite high school teachers died January 28, 2010. Mr. James Nowak had retired from teaching to begin Building Futures where he built a school and health clinic in Kenya. Mr. Nowak was killed in an auto accident in Kenya. In this video http: //prendismo.mobi/collection/viewclip/11379 Jim Nowak speaks about his personal philosophy and drive. He ends it saying, “I do want to be the 85-year- old guy that looks back and says, well we did some good stuff, you know. Change the world.” He may have only lived here on earth for 59 years, but he’s done more good stuff than most that make it to 85. |

| Ouimette Newsbits Ron continues his search for a swim coaching position. We have been praying for God to put us where he needs us and for us to be gracious with God's will be it staying here in Canandaigua or making a move. Laura continues visiting Maya and has been trained to walk with her in hopes of helping her build her strength. Jeffery had straight A's on his report card! He's going to swim practice and plans to paint the fence before heading to Boy Scout camp later this summer. Bethan also had a steller report card and heads to swim practice three nights a week with Dad as her coach. Thomas is enjoying water play and has been taking things apart "to see how they work". Jake has his own mail vest and makes frequent visits to deliver Maya's mail along with some affection to his dear best buddy. Tucker seems to be settling in comfortably at Camp Ouimette for a couple of weeks while his family make a visit to Alaska. |
